Welcome to the Center for Crystallographic Research Reservation System. This page contains the steps to take to use the Rigaku XRF spectrometer under the control of the Center for Crystallographic Research.
The facility can perform standard XRF Spectroscopy measurements for many elements. It can analyze elements from beryllium (Be) to uranium (U) in concentration ranges from 100 wt% to sub-ppm levels. |
The basic policy of the lab is always to be kind and considerate of others.
The facility is open to all departments of the university.
Specific guidelines for the facility are given in the PDF document User's Guide.
