Credit Card Reservations (preferred)

Guaranteed reservations can be made online or by phone with a credit card. In making online reservations, go to the Check Availability section on the left hand side, select the appropriate options, use the Group Code CHD, and click on the Check Availability button.

Check Reservations

Reservations that do not use a credit card can be made by phone, using the telephone numbers below, or by completing the reservation form, which will be automatically e-mailed to Candlewood Suites once you press Submit. Reservations submitted this way will not be guaranteed until Candlewood Suites receives the non-refundable check deposit in US funds, drawn to a US Bank, and made payable to 'Candlewood Suites' for the amount equivalent to at least one night stay. Paying for all nights, while making a reservation, is possible. The exact minimum amount to make a reservation will be specified when the confirmation number is provided over the phone or via e-mail response from the hotel. Reservations guaranteed by check will require payment of the remaining balance, if any, at check-in by cash, check, or credit card. In making check reservations by phone, please call Candlewood Suites and use the Group Code CHD. Once the reservation is made by phone or by completing the online reservation form, deposit checks should be mailed to the address given below. Please attach a note, with your name, dates of stay, and confirmation number when mailing your check. You can do this by printing the confirmation e-mail received from Candlewood Suites.

Cancellation Policy

Notice must be given by 6:00 pm local hotel time (US Eastern Standard Time) the day before arrival. If cancellation notice is not received a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night's stay plus tax will be applied to the guest's credit card, or in the case of check guarantee their deposit would be forfeited.
