If you believe a reaction will take place, draw the structural formula for the chief organic product using the drawing window on the right. If no reaction is expected, draw the starting alkene structure.
Check your answer by clicking the Check Answer button under the drawing window. A response will appear in the text box below.

The starting materials in all cases are achiral so any chiral products will be racemic. Do not try to draw a specific enantiomeric configuration.
In some cases a specific diastereomeric product is formed, and this configuration should be designated by using the wedge/hatched bond tool on the left of the upper toolbar. Repeated clicking on a bond alternates its orientation. Two of the bonds to a chiral center must lie in the plane of the drawing and must connect heavy atoms (not hydrogen). The remaining two bonds may then be drawn as wedge or hatched lines. Do not draw hydrogen substituents at chiral centers, they are assigned an up or down orientation by default. In general, it is best to draw a carbon chain or ring in the reference plane and place substituents above or below that plane.
In very few cases a mixture of diastereomeric products is formed. Do not try to draw configurations for these products, simply draw the constitutionally favored product without using wedge bonds.
