American Chemical Society
Women in Chemistry
(ACS WiC) at Michigan State University exists to
provide a supportive, welcoming community for female chemists to
grow personally and professionally.
ACS WiC hosts monthly brown bag lunches, workshops, and
networking events celebrating and empowering female chemists.
Our steering committee consists of two
Co-Chairs, Faculty Moderators, and Sub-Committees responsible for
planning, advertising, and hosting events.

American Chemical Society Women in
Chemistry (ACS WiC) was founded in 1997 at Michigan State
University. ACS WiC exists to provide a supportive, welcoming
community for female chemists to grow personally and professionally.
In the past, ACS WiC has held monthly brown bag lunches, workshops,
and sponsored women seminar speakers.
Networking and social events build relationships that extend beyond
one's time at MSU.
