The following pages were taken from the brochure written and prepared by Professor Hart and published in 2002 by Michigan State University. We have made minor organizational changes as we converted this document from the printed form into a collection of web pages, but we have tried to preserve the integrity of the overall document.

The first four sections were originally the introductory section at the start of the printed document and were written in the first person by Professor Hart.
